These contracts are situated in the city’s Broomielaw area providing three office blocks of seven and ten storeys incorporating basement car parking.

The works on these sites involved piled foundations, concrete basement retaining walls, structural steel frame with glazed curtain walling and precast concrete cladding.

Internal office areas have raised access floors with the Building 6 offices located around a
glazed central atrium with rooflights.

Combined, the total floor area provided over the three buildings is approximately 16,000m2.
