Client: Prudential Portfolio Holdings Value: £43.3m Contract: 2 Stage Traditional Duration: 58 weeks per plot
With the demand for high quality office space at a premium in the Thames Gateway, Prudential were keen to capitalise on the early success of their Green Park office development alongside the M4, Reading.
Balfour Beatty was selected to undertake design and construction work to Plots 11 & 12, encompassing a total of three buildings and 356,000 ft of office space. Each of the buildings had to be designed and constructed to the highest standards to enhance the profile of the existing Business Park. The quality and visual impact of the finished products was such that they stand alone as the perfect example of a superior business park development. |
