Our relationship with Castlemore was strengthened after we successfully completed Waverley Gate, another prestigious speculative office development in Edinburgh.

Castlemore selected Balfour Beatty due to our willingness to add value during the design development stage, and our proven track record of delivering complex, innovative and environmentally sensitive office developments in high profile city centre locations.

The project involved the design and construction of a new, high-quality office building. The façade design has been developed to symbolise a ‘washed pebble smoothed over time’ and as such the building will have a triangular shape with curved front elevation and a raw silk granite façade. 16,300 square feet of Category A office space will be provided over 11 floors, including three basements, a ground floor and eight upper floors.
