The project involved the creation of a new ‘walk through’ mall area between Piccadilly Gardens and York Street in Manchester with a new GRC spine wall and media screen overlooking Piccadilly Gardens.

Other works included new podium glazing, soffits and rainscreen to the façade of existing office space, a new reception area for city tower and new oriel windows to each gable of City Tower.

The works also included the construction of new retail units the refurbishment of the Plaza Shopping Centre and the re-cladding of the 27-storey Sunley Tower.
