The building provides 70,000sqft of grade A office accommodation, arranged over eight floors with a typical floor plate of 10,136sqft.Designed by T P Bennett Architects, the property sits just north of Blackfriars Bridge off New Bridge Street, close to both Blackfriars and City Thameslink Stations.

The superstructure, above the two storey basement, comprises a steel frame with concrete floor slabs on metal decking. A floor to ceiling, high performance double glazed curtain walling system makes up the street facades, with panels across the floor slab edges.

The office areas which have natural light on 3 sides, are serviced by 3 passenger lifts and heating and cooling is provided via a fourpipe fan cool unit system.

The building has achieved a 'Very Good' BREEAM rating and Matt Rhodes from Stockland UK, has described the new property as ”looking fantastic”.
