1-7 Whittington Avenue is a 15 year old commercial building situated adjacent to the Lloyds Building in the heart of the City of London. The building comprises of six floors plus lower ground and basement accommodation.

The contract was to comprehensively refurbish vacant space to give the building a 20-25 year economic life span. The works will include the total renewal of the air conditioning system; renewal of all M&E services; refurbishment of the current lift installation; reception area upgrade and re-modeling of the main entrance; new decorative finishes to all areas including common parts, lift lobbies, staircases and lavatories. Externally the main facade is to be cleaned and repaired where necessary.

All areas were vacant apart from the ground floor and lower ground floor retail units which remained fully operational throughout our contract period.
