The main scope of the project included the erection of a steel frame throughout the structure which connected to the existing building. This allowed the formation of a 5th floor extension to accommodate a new plant area plus the installation of 2 new lifts.

Other internal works included new feature wall in concrete repairs to existing beams, and
waterproofing to the basement. New electrical and mechanical services were installed throughout, new internal doors and ironmongery were fitted, and new furnishings were added, including a new reception desk.

Externally the building underwent a complete clean of the existing brickwork, the party wall facades were repaired and new skylights were installed to the basement area.
