Utilised to provide improvements to Hampshire’s schools, libraries, offices and social services, the Hampshire Framework Agreement awarded Balfour Beatty three education projects, all of which involved collaborative working amongst the client, staff and pupils.

The close relationship between Balfour Beatty and the end user was recognised as a particular success, easing the handover period considerably.

Works including creating a secure environment for children with learning difficulties (Prospect School), an educational environment for children excluded from state schools (Woodlands Education Centre) and the refurbishment of the gym and changing room facilities at Staunton Community School.
