This project involves the construction of a new integrated Learning Campus, comprising of a 520-place secondary school, a 420-place primary school and a 39-place nursery on the site of the existing Huntcliffe Secondary School.

The majority of the new building is three storeys high, with a total gross internal floor area of 8,905m². The works also entail the creation of a new site entrance and 119 parking spaces, together with
highway remodelling works.

Ruth Headdon, headteacher commented:“We’ve got excellent facilities for our students and the wider community. There is a superb atrium with a massive exhibition space leading to a sports hall and a main hall plus a resource centre. We are thrilled with our drama and music facilities, which include an outdoor amphitheatre, and we are looking forward to developing performing arts within the school."
