The Manchester BSF Secondary Schools Framework Project is aiming to address the major structural deficiencies that currently threaten affected schools and to optimise educational achievement by
providing suitable facilities and accommodation to meet the educational challenges posed by the 21st Century.

Works at Newall Green High School, St Matthews RC High School and St Pauls RC High School and Piper Hill SEN School are now complete and pupils have moved into their new facilities, whilework continues at Castlefield Campus.

Construction works are also well underway at a further three schools in the Manchester area. These are Burnage Media Arts College, Manchester Enterprise Academy and East Manchester Academy.

East Manchester Academy recently celebrated the structure reaching its maximum height with a 'topping out' ceremony while over at Burnage, the first phase of  the refurbished facilities were handed over to the school.
