The project comprised the provision of a new world centre of excellence for research into cancer which has attracted Cancer specialists from around the world.

Built adjacent to the Cancer Research UK Beatson Institute in the Garscube Estate, Glasgow, the facility now houses 240 cancer researchers dedicated to the identification of new therapies for the disease.

The building is a five storey steel framed facility of some 6550m2.
