This project was the conversion and extension of a wing of office accommodation to form an additional 52 bedrooms to adjoining 4-star hotel.

The bedroom extension to the 4th and 5th Floors of the Hart Street Elevation involved the removal of the existing external finishes to expose the building’s frame. The frame was then adapted using a ‘METSEC’ system to form the extension. A new passenger lift was installed along with a new plant enclosure.

The internal refurbishment included dry-lining to all external walls and newly-constructed metal stud partitions; all necessary builderswork and screed to areas that house en suite facilities; new mechanical and electrical services, including ductwork, electrical and plumbing works. 1st and 2nd fix carpentry, and all finishes, including carpets, painting and decorating.
