This complex refurbishment project had to be carried out in time for the Christmas Shopping rush. Grosvenor Estates also required the refurbishment works to be carried out within a live shopping centre environment.

Works on the project consisted of mainly cosmetic improvements with upgrading of ceilings, incorporation of new rooflights and squares within the centre.

The nature of the works and the live environment meant that the majority of the works were carried out at night to ensure minimum disruption to retail tenants and their customers.

The Dolphin Shopping Centre was ready in time for the Christmas rush, and has provided the south with a modern and light shopping centre.
